Absolutely loved this hotel , would definitely recommend . Everyone in the hotel from reception staff , waiters , animation team will amazing , nothing was too much for any of them and were more than helpful .
I have visited this hotel 3 times and find the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. I would be going this year if flights had been available. Food has always been plentiful with something for everyone even our fussy kids. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Some peoples expectations are beyond belief and their wholly negative comments are unwarranted.
Had a fantastic time here...got absolutely smashed but unfortunately it was on wine..my only complaint was the draught beer wasnt very good....has its own beach bar.great pool area and food was decent....would visit again.

This Hotel is Amazing!! The staff , animation and food absolutely AWESOME!! Great accommodations and beautiful scenery!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visting Hammamet!! It was the absolute best of all my stays in Hammamet!!
We arrived at the hotel at 1.05 PM. check in is at 2 PM. Seeing that I have a toddler with me , the receptionist provided me with a room in no time. The room is clean and tidy and opens on the swimming pool. The staff are welcoming. For food I would give a 7.5 out 10. Overall, a great place to be in. Keep up the good work
We had a good time, the food was nice if you want to try some new foods, the entertainment was OK but lacked if you are to used to the redcoats. All I have to say is keep your head screwed on, they all want to take your money, some tips if you go: Go in February time when no-one else is there, Learn the word no. Be nice to the kitchen staff Learn to smile And remember the dinar is 1000 currency not like the USD or GBP are 100 Keep you belongings in a locked case, and tip the staff. Great hotel....own beach bar down rd...shops near by...next to town centre....secured for privacy and safety....well run and recomended.
